Andrew's impact on the teaching and learning at Neale-Wade in the period he has worked there has been both far reaching and transformational. He has embraced the innovative use of ICT and embedded it in all aspects of his activity.

Students have benefited from his willingness to use software to enhance his teaching and enable deep learning. He uses ICT to put students at the centre of their own learning and to encourage collaborative activity.

His colleagues have been encouraged to adopt new technologies and new methodologies through his non-judgmental intervention and support. He is a colleague who everyone will turn to for advice and help and who will always give of himself when others seek his support.

Under his leadership ICT at Neale-Wade has not been about devices or software solutions but rather about how the technology can be used to engage students in their learning and support teachers' pedagogical activity.
