Hi I have found this flash based exercise and want to use it with my french classes. However i know how do do all of it in flash myself except the printing bit. I.E. having the buttons moving a movieclip to show different bachgrounds and the drag and drop people and props. Could anybody give me any hints or point me to any tutorials which would  help
.
Many thanks
Lesley

This is a great question - and one that has got easier to answer with each new release of Flash.  I've been fiddling around quite a bit myself recently in preparation for the release of my Practice Paper application.  I'll post the results of that when I finish...

The secret is to use the PrintJob() command - but it does take a little bit of setting up.  The way to print something that has dynamic content is simply to ensure it is all wrapped up within a movieClip and then print the movieClip.

Anyway, these are good pointers:

[N.B. CommunityMX has some excellent additional articles on printing - well worth the joining fee - I've paid :)]

This is a little abstract - but dead good - also free to get the source now too:
